Private courtyards and gardens
Our homes are a composition of spaces that intertwine the
outdoors and indoors. It is a reflection of our Indian culture,
where the central courtyard or muttam is the heart of the
house.Our architects have developed an L shaped plan, that
orients every living space of the home toward the courtyard,
encourage organic connections between spaces while
maintaining privacy.
Imitating the terrain
The uniquely designed homes are planned on multiple levels,
drawing inspiration from the undulating levels of the site
overlooking the city at a distance. These homes are cleverly
designed to appear low and inviting, like single level homes
from the outside, and spacious duplex homes from the inside,
creating an intimate scale, so that the streetscape is not
dominated by large built structures.
Natural Light
The layout of homes is such that wind breathes life into
every corner of the home. The play of contours allows the
spaces to masquerade as a light box by day and a sky gallery
by night, breathing life into spaces enhancing their beauty.
