GoodEarth Karappuzha is a community of 11 homes set within 72.42 cents of land. The houses at GoodEarth Karappuzha are designed as a cluster of eleven homes with a central open space. The streets circular pattern helps to reduce the speed of vehicles and make the street a part of the open park.

Each home is designed to ensure privacy at the same time connected to the community. Design innovations to the form of your home to lighten its scale and proportion and create a sense of intimacy and spaciousness. The living spaces and the pavilion of every home overlook the central open space. The private spaces, bedrooms opens to the more private backyards & side yards. The Spaces are designed with children and elders in mind, so that their joy in the biodiversity of nature is not compromised.

Thoughtful design elements such as verandahs and Poomukhams , traditional balconies which acts as an interaction space for the family as well as lend a distinct identity to your home in the community, are imaginatively placed in each home to reflect its unique character and their detailing to provide a rich textural experience
