The residence designed for a young family reflect their unique and diverse requirement.  The layout was designed to be expansive and encourage organic connections between spaces. The kitchen deck that opens to the ample backyard and its picturesque vista below, is the perfect verandah for sipping tea on a rainy day. The landing of stairs is redefined as an intermediate space for study/activity space for the young kids, in sight lines from the kitchen. Exposed stone wall  along the flight of stairs forms the structural heart of this house, creating a defining raw textural canvas set against the more soft finishes of the bedrooms.  A common entertainment den and a family space overlooking verandah for the multigenerational family for their varying defiitions of leisure. The home overlooks enveloping verandah from all common living rooms, thus enforcing a strong relationship with the nature around it.

The first floor reflects a more private space connected to the outside with overhanging balconies and open terraces. .Exposed natural country brick wall shows a truth in beauty. Each of the four bedrooms features a neutral setting that allows accent furniture, décor or art to shine through.
